(a) Used or Opened Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been used or opened, unless they are defective or damaged.
(b) Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.
3. Return Process

(b) We will provide instructions on returning the product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
(c) Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
4. Refund or Replacement
(a) Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
(b) Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
